The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority’s (MNAA) office of Business Diversity Development (BDD) utilizes a web-based software system, the Business Diversity Management System.

This web-based software system replaces cumbersome paper processes with a streamlined online process to help facilitate BDD certification processing by staff and BDD compliance reporting for firms doing business with the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.

The web-based software system is accessible to all MNAA departments, SMWBE/DBE/ACDBE’s, contractors and the public; and includes the following key features:

  • Enhanced online directory, with key-word search capabilities
  • Electronic communication with contractors regarding certification and compliance issues
  • Submission of monthly utilization reports online by contractors & concessionaires, with automated tracking of goals
  • Tracking of SMWBE/DBE/ACDBE’s certification applications from submission to completion
  • Flexible reporting capabilities

Applicants applying for certification or firms wishing to renew their certification are invited to submit an online application.
